About Katherine

I grew up on a small rural property where my parents raised cattle and tended a quarter-acre garden filled with vegetables, fruit trees, and an old elderberry bush. Food was part of everyday life — planting, picking, preserving, and preparing together. That early connection to real food shaped how I see nourishment today: simple, seasonal, and deeply satisfying.
When I moved to Kitchener-Waterloo for university, I discovered farmers’ markets, health food stores, and a vibrant new world of ingredients. I also spent years working in restaurants — from local diners to fine dining — learning how food brings people together and how it can be both creative and deeply healing.
At the same time, I was searching for ways to support my own well-being. That journey led me to holistic nutrition — a blend of science, self-awareness, and the healing power of food. Becoming a Registered Holistic Nutritionist allowed me to combine everything I love: real food, education, and helping others feel their best.
At Lemon Tree Studio, I offer workshops and one-on-one consultations that make healthy living approachable and inspiring. Each session is designed to meet you where you are, with practical tools, nourishing recipes, and simple shifts that create real, lasting change.

Essential Offerings
🌿 Personalized Wellness Consult — $100
Your journey begins with a one-on-one consultation designed to meet you exactly where you are. Together, we explore your goals, health concerns, and daily rhythms to create a customized two-week plan of action. You’ll receive personalized food suggestions, simple recipes, and supportive movement and self-care practices tailored to your needs.
After your initial plan, biweekly follow-up sessions ($50 each) help you stay on track, celebrate wins, and make gentle adjustments for continued progress. Each meeting allows us to fine-tune your plan based on what’s working, what’s realistic, and what feels good.
Rather than “clients,” I like to think of us as wellness partners — working together to choose from a thoughtful list of achievable goals, nourishing foods, and supportive habits that set you up for sustainable success.
For households with multiple members, I can design nutritional strategies that honor different needs, preferences, and schedules — so everyone feels supported. Additional family members are $50 each, with plans created to encourage connection around shared meals while respecting individual goals.
