In this 2-hour workshop, Registered Holistic Nutritionist Katherine White will share a realistic framework for feeding yourself during stressful periods — without rigid plans or complicated recipes.

 

We’ll explore:

• Why warm, cooked food supports the nervous system
• How to structure a “hard day plate”
• Simple ways to include bitter greens and healthy fats
• The role of fermented foods in digestive resilience
• How repetition (like a go-to breakfast or soup template) creates ease

This is not about perfection. It’s about steadiness and nourishment.
